Maria Sixsmith, the daughter, was 23 at the time of her wedding in 1874, which would make her year of birth 1851. She had a number of siblings but as far as I can tell they were all born in Australia. I haven't been able to find out which ship they came to Australia on, the passenger information would give me some more details such as the parents of William and Maria Sixsmtih(nee Townsend)and maybe more information on where they came from. I'll keep looking and let you know, when I know.
